We arranged special prices at hotel "Central", which is in the centre of Athens, and hotel "Holiday Inn Athens Attica Avenue Airport West" which is near the venue. "Central Hotel" has good facilities for partners both to socialise and collaborate, and though not close to the meeting venue, is convenient for transport purposes. "Holiday Inn Athens Attica Avenue Airport West " on the other hand is closer to the meeting venue, but not close to the centre of Athens and the facilities there. We will arrange for school buses to transfer you from and to the venue when possible. Please note that Ellinogermaniki Agogi school (i.e. the meeting venue) is outside Athens and there are not many hotel options or eating facilities close to it. Both hotels offer reduced prices if you mention “Ellinogermaniki Agogi” when making a reservation. Please note that in order to have access to the reduced prices it might be better to NOT use the online booking system, but e-mail your reservation to reservation@centralhotel.gr (c/o Mrs Sarli), or info@hiathens.com respectively. The availability of a number of rooms has been guaranteed, but we would urge you to make a booking as soon as possible.
